Lead the rebuild from approved scope through a clean, profitable closeout.

Position Summary

Reset Restoration Services is seeking a project manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects following water, fire, storm, and other property losses. This person owns the customer experience, schedule, budget, documentation, subcontractor coordination, quality, and project closeout. You will get hands-on training in Reset's systems from a seasoned restoration professional and grow into full ownership of a portfolio of reconstruction projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage reconstruction projects from authorization and approved scope through final completion and collection support.
  • Review estimates, scopes, selections, budgets, contracts, and project requirements before work begins.
  • Build and maintain realistic schedules; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, permits, inspections, and customer decisions.
  • Conduct regular job-site visits to verify safety, cleanliness, workmanship, progress, and customer expectations.
  • Maintain complete digital project records: notes, photographs, selections, approvals, change orders, and completion documents.
  • Communicate proactively with property owners, internal teams, subcontractors, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify scope gaps promptly and coordinate supplements or customer-authorized change orders before additional work proceeds.
  • Monitor labor, materials, job costs, cycle time, and projected gross margin; act early when a project is trending off plan.
  • Resolve delays, workmanship concerns, and customer issues professionally and with urgency.
  • Complete final walkthroughs, obtain required signatures, close punch-list items, and deliver an organized project closeout.

Required Qualifications

  • Project management or construction management experience

Contents & Cleaning Technician

Protect, document, clean, and return the belongings that matter to our customers.

Position Summary

Reset Restoration Services is hiring dependable technicians for its growing Contents and Cleaning Department. This hands-on role combines careful packing, moving, inventory, specialty cleaning, warehouse organization, and customer service after water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. Technicians work under an experienced department manager and receive training in Reset's restoration processes and documentation standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Carefully pack and move belongings from homes and businesses affected by property damage.
  • Photograph, label, inventory, and track customer belongings using company software.
  • Load and unload boxes, furniture, and household or commercial items safely.
  • Clean, deodorize, and process furniture, household goods, and other salvageable contents.
  • Perform detailed fire, smoke, and post-construction cleaning.
  • Wrap and protect belongings during handling, transportation, cleaning, and storage.
  • Organize customer property in the warehouse and maintain accurate storage locations.
  • Return, unpack, and reset belongings after property repairs are completed.
  • Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, warehouse areas, and job sites.
  • Communicate respectfully with customers and report progress, damage, or inventory concerns promptly.

Water Mitigation Technician

Position Summary

Reset Restoration Services is hiring Water Mitigation Technicians to respond to residential and commercial water losses throughout the Tulsa area. This is a hands-on field role involving water extraction, selective demolition, structural drying, equipment monitoring, moisture documentation, and compassionate customer service. Restoration experience is helpful, but dependable candidates with strong construction or field-service backgrounds can be trained in Reset's processes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to water losses and assist with site stabilization under the direction of a project manager or crew leader.
  • Extract standing water and remove damaged flooring, drywall, insulation, and other affected materials as directed.
  • Set, move, clean, and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and related drying equipment.
  • Take moisture readings and document affected areas, drying progress, photographs, equipment, and daily job notes accurately.
  • Install containment and follow procedures for mold, sewage, and other contaminated environments.
  • Protect unaffected areas, contents, and customer property during mitigation work.
  • Load, unload, transport, clean, and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Position Summary

Reset Restoration Services is seeking experienced Water Mitigation Project Managers to lead emergency water losses from initial response through drying completion and operational closeout. This is a working field-leadership position requiring technical mitigation knowledge, clear customer communication, accurate documentation, crew and equipment coordination, and disciplined control of scope, cycle time, and job cost.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to assigned losses, evaluate site conditions, identify safety concerns, and establish the initial mitigation plan.
  • Document affected materials, moisture conditions, photographs, readings, equipment, customer decisions, and daily progress.
  • Develop and communicate the work plan; assign technicians, equipment, vehicles, and project priorities.
  • Oversee extraction, containment, selective demolition, cleaning, antimicrobial application, and structural drying.
  • Monitor drying conditions and adjust equipment or strategy using accepted psychrometric and moisture-control principles.
  • Explain the mitigation process, expectations, authorizations, and next steps to customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with internal team members, referral partners, adjusters, consultants, and other stakeholders within assigned authority.

Reset Restoration Services is seeking an organized, dependable Administrative Coordinator to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers and provide daily administrative support across our teams.

Answering phones, taking in customer calls, and dispatching requests to the appropriate teams are central to this role. This person gathers accurate information, communicates next steps clearly, and follows through to make sure customer needs reach the right people.

Reporting to finance leadership, the Administrative Coordinator works closely with our team coordinators to support scheduling, documentation, customer communication, and other tasks that keep jobs and office operations running smoothly. The role also provides routine finance and recordkeeping support as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a calm, helpful experience for customers who may be dealing with stressful situations.
  • Gather and document essential intake information, including customer contact details, property location, type of service needed, urgency, and relevant insurance or referral information.
  • Create or update customer and job records accurately in company systems.
  • Dispatch new service requests to the appropriate team using established procedures.

Position Summary

Reset Restoration Services is seeking a highly organized, energetic coordinator to support the company's sales, marketing, and business-development efforts. The role supports referral-partner programs, owns event logistics, captures authentic field and team content, maintains marketing systems, and makes sure every initiative is followed through professionally. It is not a commission-based outside-sales position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate referral-partner, plumber-program, prospect, and marketing contact information in company systems.
  • Track referral activity, marketing campaigns, partner touches, appreciation efforts, and assigned performance reports.
  • Prepare materials, follow-up items, gifts, invitations, presentations, and administrative support for business-development activity.
  • Own the logistics for plumber appreciation events, lunch-and-learns, golf tournaments, continuing-education events, open houses, and community programs.
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, food and beverage, invitations, RSVPs, budgets, setup, photography, and post-event follow-up.
